I just started a new wr. Should I train before boosting for this season or would it be better to wait with training to next season where I can concentrate training in the stat I want to cap first? Even if this mean boosting 3 levels before using my first training points?

Train everyday or when you have enough points if you are multi-training. Boost at the end of the season to get max sp through the regular season.
