Are yall planning on doing a pre-release sort of interface where we can tinker with them before they are enacted next season? ie player builder, player training, finance system etc

Time line for leaving Beta? separate Server seems to be inevitable for how you guys want to run the final product? If that happened, this server would likely remain as is with only bugs fixed? We wouldn't have to retire any players made if a new server is created would we?

Easier said then done as creating a completely separate interface that is solely for training purposes would take quite a bit of time. I do plan on releasing a lot of screen shots and potentially some training videos of the new changes once testing on them nears completion.

In other words, the answer to your question is no, but I will try and have something that will educate the masses as best as possible.

Is it confirmed 150% that Casual teams of ALL levels will NOT have or need coaches available for their rosters and games?

Thanks.

Still end of 2010 - I know Bort's against a separate server because he thinks it would fragment the community and I haven't heard otherwise on that, but things are always subject to change if it makes sense. I do know that once we move out of Beta, the changes (both sim and non-sim) will be minimal. We'll only fix major bugs and do slight enhancements and modifications.

Are all teams eligible to have a Coach?

Any team but Pee Wee and Casual teams can have a coach.

With all of the upcoming changes, are we going to be allowed to make any changes to our players? IE the extra VA, or SA's etc

Not sure what you're asking here?

In the past when changes were made, sometimes we were allowed to make changes. So if not happy with something, we could change it to something else. In the past it was with the VA's, and with the intro of the new SA's, didn't know if we would have the option to swap for another

Either have to be level 55 OR 440 days old to convert to a coach, so yes it has something to do with it but it's not a limiting criteria.

These changes don't really impact VA's or SA's directly. You'll get your normal VA reset and the new training system gives players the opportunity to swap SA's if they wish (as well as add additional extra SA's).

lemme rephrase that
Does a lvl 45 coach with 440 days or a lvl 55 coach have a greater impact than a lvl 11 coach with 440 days

No. Every coach starts with the same exact attributes and will be a level 1 coach. The requirements are solely the minimum needed to become a level 1 coach.
