What is more important to stay out in front of your HB?

both, agility makes your reach top speed faster and speed just keps you infront getting to the point of attack

Thanks. Now what numbers in each should I be going for? 60? 68? 74?

68 is a minimum.

It depends on how fast the HB he is blocking for is. It's one of those things where you almost have to watch the SIM. If your HB is passing you before you make the block you are too slow. If you are making blocks and defender is breaking them before you get there, or you pancake a guy and then he gets up and makes the tackle, then you are too fast.

And also, does the First Step SA work well on Blocking FBs?

Tried it this season, not really worth it imo... I like the extra points in Get Low better.

Regarding speed, Rage is right... the best way is to watch the games.. and it depends on the teams HBs too. I find around 90 is working fairly well, both on inside and outside runs.

I went with Get Low on my FB too...he is too young to have any points in it yet, but I'm hoping that it will help on blocking on inside runs.
