I actually think it is fairly likely, and would give the Western representative a 65% chance of winning against the Eastern team...and that is regardless on which teams it ends up being. The gap between East and West isn't so great although I still beleive the top 4 teams in the West are also the top 4 in the league.

But, the big advantage for the Eastern team is that they only have to face 1 of those 4 teams. In the West, just to get to the playoffs you are going to have to faceoff against 2 of the top 4 teams in the league (3 if you're not part of the top 4) just to get to the finals. Those top 4 teams are all pretty close too so some matchups are pretty close to a coin flip and many times it has come down to a single missed tackle.

Hey, it's going to be pretty exciting in a couple of weeks no matter what.

#1 N.O.W.Dot (No... I ain't suckin up... I've played these cats before a few times.)
#2 C.Midgets (#2 because I HAVEN'T played these cats a few times.)
#3 D.V.Dragons (Can't believe they lost a game... they must be slipping.)
#4 F.Thought (Maybe if they finish fourth in the end thet can change their name to After Thought.)

Now you watch and see if everyone misses the late bloomers because there always is one team that loses 2 or 3 games early on then lock into a winning streak after they make their adjustments and become serious threats that nobody notices until too late. My pick for that team is Las Vegas Locomotives. Mark it down here folks... they make the playoffs and perhaps knock off several of you top dogs along the way.

I woulda voted but you made the pick deadline at Midnight...and I am not on at midnight. I got home at like at 11 last night from a softball game, had to take a shower and eat, pack my bags, and then I got on the computer by then I was SOL...so lol

Although the CLP are a great team and came well prepared, I'm just going to have to point the finger at my temporary homelessness during the days before the CLP game. As I've posted before... (inb4"excuses") my AI is based off of a "YPC" variable which I adjust each week and I had it set to 3YPC (which is abnormally high) because of my previous weeks likely running game (and proven) success.

Although I love the compliments, I think the DVD may be a nonboosting team and are def non CE so I think we are likely to struggle in the playoffs. On the other end I am starting back up my internship with the 85 Chicago Bears and will be leeching that opportunity for every bit of Gold-level experience I can get to hopefully help me overcome the non-boosting obstacle to at least possibly represent the East in the likely blowout championship game.

Will this be a non-boasting tourney? B/c I know in the Crib forum, we quit playing tourney b/c ppl would boost for them and we would not and essentially lose b/c some team boosted and most of the time lost their league championship. So its going to be hard to get LB to join in on this tourney.

I mean I have to agree why waste the flex on scrims, if some1 is just gonna boost against us???
