What will the players be able to spend cash on? If it is only for training, what will be the benefit of paying them higher salaries?

You still can use SOME of your extra money. That is one of the draw backs for longer term owners, but it is also what is evening the playing field some.

Will players be able to reset their equipment ever? In my opinion, a player should be able to change around his equipment at the end of the season. This wouldn't result in drastically changing builds.
It seems troubling to me that you have to use the same equipment at Level 8 & Level 16 as you will at Level 64. For example, I might want to have vision equipment on my Lvl 20 cornerbacks now to make up for their lousy vision but when I'm at Level 64-70, I would rather have most of the EQ be in speed & agility.

I would like to have the equipment reset option (free) at the off-season too. It won't hurt anyone.

So you said in the changes that "You can renegotiate the contracts of players that are currently on the team a maximum of three times per season." Does that mean only 3 players? Or the whole team only 3 times?

I am pretty sure they mean the whole team from how it was written.

Some of us are busy trying to run our teams. Believe or not it actually already takes too much time to run a team now. And the proposal was so complicated that one reading wasn't enough to really absorb it.
