No my point is if you're an agent, will you spend flex to make a player or a coach, considering that you can not see how a coach perform during games?

Well, I'm going to want positional coaches:

- offensive line coach
- QB coach
- running back coach
- Tight end coach
- WR coach

Then, on the defense:

- d-line coach
- linebacker coach
- secondary coach

I'm going to need:

- an offensive coordinator coach
- a defensive coordinator coach
- a diet & nutrition coach
- a conditioning coach
- a media relations coach,
- and a life coach (to keep our dots out of trouble).

Obviously, we're going to need a head coach to manage all these coaches.

All told, I think we're looking at a minimum of 15 coaches.

And I haven't even begun to list my scouting staff requirements...

First you should combine TE coach with OLine or WRs. OLine or WR coach should have an option to extend to TEs a % of their bonus. This could be a help to solving the "too many coaches" dilemma but I don't see people wanting to be a diet coach lol.

Another question on Coaches

Let's say you have some players on your roster now that are headed for retirement and a coaching future.....Do we have to let them go in the offseason and then send out another contract once they convert to coach, or can we re-sign them now and have them convert to coach while on the roster.

Reason being it will help for chemistry cost, also when they "convert" do they have to retire first and then purchase the coach option?

Also I'll add 1 more question while I'm at it....

Do you think we should go by Dot Age instead of level? I mean a non-booster will never reach 55 so essentially they will never be able to create a coach.

This is getting added to the game. We might make a few small revisions between now and when it is rolled out based on balance issues or testing. If we do so, we will announce the revisions in the appropriate thread.
