1) Disclaimer
This guide is intended to help first time peewee owners who are looking for guidance (and those who are unsure how to adapt to the recent player changes).
I understand the majority of peewee teams and there coaching staff already know all this stuff. Therefore if you picked up something useful great, if not flame away!

Furthermore, this guide represents the build designs, tactics and methods that I would choose. It is in no way meant to be the ‘PERFECT’ or ‘ONLY’ way to build. If you like it and wish to adopt it, great! If you have a better way that’s fine go with that. Having said that if I have missed something, or you have an alternate way of doing something [that’s more efficient/effective than what I have here] let me know and I’ll adjust the build guide and give you the credit.

Important to note: I had to rush the new updated guide a bit to get it out in time for S15, as such the numbers may not be 100% accurate (but they are close enough). Also a few of these builds I've never actually built before (they have only just become viable or an option based on the recent changes), so who know's how they will perform? But the bulk of the buids are just variations of what has worked previously, so most should be fine. I just thought this would be a good base for the newer agents to work from, this guide in no way covers ALL the different build possibilities and little advantages that can be gained under the new system.

2) Archetypes
Season 15 brings with it the introduction of new player types and multitude of build and Bonus SA options in the form of Archetypes, this should be a fun and exciting addition to the game overall, but especially the at peewee level. As such I have had to update the old build guide to adjust for the new Auto Level Gains (ALGs), the new options regarding height & weight, and the many Bonus SA options.

3) Sprint Building:
The key concept to grasp is that building players for Peewee (Sprint Building) is vastly different to normal building or even slow building. You are not building for the long term, most good peewee players are only ever meant to be ‘one and done’ players, or accept they may need a season or two for their build to recover after peewee [as opposed to going the D-League route], as such you are looking for early results and a balanced build much earlier than usual. Having said all this, you will still want to take advantage of the soft caps when and where possible.

4) Player Creation:
Peewee Players should NOW be created on Day 40 [after rollover has finished between Day39/Day40]. This ensures they will have ZERO (0) XP which is the latest rule for Pee Wee players. By making them on Day41 you will have more training points then players created on Day 0 or during the preseason, however the difference will be marginal (the intended consequence of Bort's change) so realistically players can be made any time during the offseason/preseason.

5) Signing Contracts
Signing early to D-League after Day 32 is no longer applicable with the new Zero XP player rules. As such players made on/after Day40 should just wait to be signed by there Pee Wee teams on Day42-45.

You should always send (or ask your owner to send) max salary/bonus contracts in peewee, as team cash is reset each season (so it just goes to waste) and contract renegotiation's are no longer available as an option once signed to a peewee team (so if you want to give them decent cash, it needs to be done in the initial contract) [The equipment fund is currently the only other way to transfer excess team cash to players].

Edit: You can still do contract renegotiation's throughout the offseason/preseason. They only become unavailable after the first day of the regular season, when you get your first XP.

6) Boosting
DO NOT Boost your player until just before Playoffs (Day31) unless asked by your team owner, and even then it should only be a select few players (i.e. 1 of your 3 HB’s) [unless your in PW Gold then all bets are off, and welcome to HELL!].

7) Equipment:
Equipment should not be bought until you are signed onto your respective peewee team. This is so that you have cash available to train over Bort’s increasingly long off-season’s. Also peewee teams are flooded with cash, so any good peewee team will sign you with a maximum bonus and salary when signing as well as a substantial equipment fund to take care of all your players equipment needs.

Once you are signed you should buy and equip your equipment as soon as possible, making sure to keep all your equipment in one attribute to get the most advantage out of it early on [its generally accepted that you put it in your positions primary or secondary attribute].

8) Training
There are two schools of thought when it comes to training, Intense Training (used for its better gains, and additional benefits the Bonus tokens provide), and Normal Training used to get a primary attribute to its highest possible point before regular season games start [often allowing you to come very close to hitting the 1st cap of your primary attribute after assigning your players initial 15 Special Points].

The most popular is Intense Training, as the 1 Special Point and +5 Boost for tough regular season games prove extremely attractive. I would only use Normal Training for certain positions (discussed in the Position Build Section).

9) Assigning The Initial 15 Special Points
Agents should not assign their players Initial 15 Special Points until just before their first regular season game [Day 1 – Day 2, depending on your League]. The reason for this is it allows training efforts to be maximized in the offseason and preseason.

Additionally agents should check their team draw/schedule, as it is often the case to get a CPU Team or extremely weak Human/CPU hybrid team in the 1st game, as such you could probably hold onto your SP’s and maximize train efforts for another 2 days [though you should confirm this strategy with your team owner, and appropriate coordinator [OC/DC] first to make sure this is safe].

10) An Early Word About Special Attributes (SA’s)
I have changed my stance on SA's over the coarse of my time in peewee. At first I was strongly against putting points into ANY SA's, however through experimentation (and the search for an edge) I learned that a number of SA's can be useful in peewee. HOWEVER, only a small amount of SP's should ever be put in SAs (and only a select few at that), you do not want to heavily invest in SAs, those points will still be more useful in attributes at the peewee level.

Also with the introduction of the new Archetype players and the ability to select a Bonus SA (which is 1st in its own tree, so you don't have to waste SP's in other SA's to get to it) some SA's have become more viable then in seasons past. But again don't go overboard!

10)Position Builds, Heights, Weights, and Equipment
OFFENSE
QB (Passing) [Option 1] – (For a short yardage, quick hit passing game)
Archetype = Deep Passer
Bonus SA = Quick Read (speeding reads up is very important for PW QB's, I don't feel that look off will work very well at the peewee level, nor will many teams play zone)
Height = 6'6
Weight = 200
Initial 23 SP's (at creation) = 15 to Throwing, 8 to Strength.
Equipment = Either in your Primary Attribute (Throwing) or Secondary Attribute (Vision) is fine. Most go with vision, as they have been training up throwing, and will soon be dumping SP’s into throwing. Although there’s no right and wrong choice between the two key attributes, it’s just an individual preference. Possibly split regular and custom between the two.
Build = (this one’s very subjective and every one on GLB will have their own way! ...here’s mine).
Intense Train Throwing/Strength till the regular season, then just before your first game dump your SP’s into Throwing. Proceed to 1st cap [48] Throwing with any additional SP’s, whilst training Vision/Confidence. After 1st capping Throwing, move to 1st cap Strength (or at least get to around 40ish), whilst continuing to train Vision/Confidence. After capping strength start putting SP's into Vision until it is 1st capped [48] whilst training Confidence/Stamina. Once Vision is capped put 2-6 points in Quick Read [you should be in the back end of your season now, with the passing game more viable then it was early], whilst continue to train Confidence/Stamina, once this is done dump any remaining points into confidence whilst training Agility/Stamina.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Throwing 55-70(depending on regular and custom equipment)
Vision 48-50
Confidence 20-25
Strength 40-50
QR:2-4

[Note: This short term build is meant to take advantage of the short to medium passing game, and quick hit routes, which are most popular with successful passing/balanced peewee teams].

QB (Passing) [Option 2]
Archetype = Pocket Passer
Bonus SA = Quick Read
Height = 6'6
Weight = 200
Initial 23 SP's (at creation) = 15 to Throwing, 8 Vision.
Build = Train Throwing/Vision till the regular season, then just before your first game dump your SP’s into Throwing. Proceed to 1st cap [48] Throwing with any additional SP’s, whilst training Vision/Confidence. Once Throwing is capped switch to dumping SPs in Vision until its capped [48] whilst training Confidence/Stamina. Once Vision is capped, put 6 SP's into Quick Read, then the next 15-20 SP's into Strength and take it to (25 or 30 which ever you like) whilst still training Confidence/Stamina. Finally put any additional SP's into confidence and/or QR whilst training Agility/Stamina.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Throwing 55-70(depending on regular and custom equipment)
Vision 50-52
Confidence 25-30
Strength 25-30
QR: 4

Hybrid QB (Dual Threat)
Archetype = Scrambler
Bonus SA = Quick Read or First Step (depends if you intend to run/pass more with your offense)
Height = 6'1
Weight = 190
Initial 21 SP's (at creation) = 15 to Throwing, 8 to Speed.
Equipment = All Speed.
Build = Train Throwing/Vision, just before the first game of the regular season assign initial 15 SP's to Throwing. Dump SP's from leveling up into Throwing and take it to the 1st cap[48] whilst training Speed/Agility. Once Throwing has been capped, dump SP's into Speed taking it to the 1st cap[48] whilst training Agility/Vision. Once Speed has been capped, dump SP's into Agility and take it to 35 whilst training Vision/Confidence. Once Agility is at 35, use the remaining SP's to take Vision to 35 and Confidence to 20.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed: 50-64 (Depending on CE + Regular Equipment)
Throwing: 57
Vision: 35
Agility: 35
Bonus SA: 0-3

QB (Traditional Rushing QB) [Option 1]
Archetype = Scrambler
Bonus SA = Quick Cut, First Step, Spin.
Height = 5'11
Weight = 190
Initial 23 SP's (at creation) = 15 to Speed, 8 to Agility
Equipment = All in Speed
Build = Train Speed/Agility until the start of the regular season, then just before the start of the regular season dump your SP’s into Speed. Train Agility/Vision whilst taking Speed to the 2nd cap[61] with SP's. Once Speed is 2nd capped, switch to training Confidence/Stamina whilst dumping SP's into Agility and taking it to the first cap[48]. Once Agility has been capped, spend your next 6 SPs on taking First Step to 4, then split any remaining points between Carrying/Vision as you see fit.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed:64-78 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility: 50
Carrying: 15-20
Vision: 20-25
Bonus SA: 4

QB Rushing [Option 2] * Experimental (better suited for Gold or tough Silver leagues where teams can shutdown a traditional RQB)
Archetype = Scrambler
Bonus SA = Spin
Height = 5'11 or 6'0
Weight = 190-200
Initial 23 SP's (at creation) = 15 to Agility, 8 to Speed (to take advantage of the ALG, and help trigger Spin)
Equipment = All in Speed
Build = Train Speed/Agility until the start of the regular season, then just before your first game dump your SP’s into Agility. Train Speed/Stamina whilst taking Agility to the 1st cap[48] with SP's. Once Agility is capped, switch to training Strength/Carrying whilst dumping SP's into Speed and taking it to the 1st cap. After Capping Speed, start putting SP's into the 'Spin' Bonus SA and take it up to 7 or 8 whilst continuing to train Strength/Carrying. Once Strength/Carrying have been trained up to about 20-25 switch to training Vision/Confidence. Any remaining SP's can be put into Carrying/Vision/Strength.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed: 50-64 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility: 55
Strength: 20
Carrying: 20-25
Vision: 20-25
Spin:7-8 (This build needs heavy investment in this SA to try and make it work, otherwise you just have a slow rushing QB).

QB Rushing [Option 3] * Experimental (better suited for Gold or tough Silver leagues where teams can shutdown a traditional RQB)
Archetype = Scrambler
Bonus SA = Power Through
Height = 5'11 or 6'0
Weight = 200-230
Initial 23 SP's (at creation) = 15 to Speed, 8 to Agility
Equipment = All in Speed
Build = Train Speed/Agility until the start of the regular season, then just before your first game dump your SP’s into Speed. Train Agility/Stamina whilst taking Speed to the 1st cap[48] with SP's. Once Speed is capped, switch to training Strength/Carrying whilst dumping SP's into Power Through taking it to 7. Once Power Through is at 7, start putting points into Strength and take it to 40 whilst training Confidence/Stamina or Carrying/Confidence. Once Strength is at 40 put all remaining SP's into Carrying, whilst training Confidence/Stamina.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed: 52-66 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility: 35
Strength: 40
Carrying: 30
Power Through: 7

I think Strength is cut in half when QB's rush behind the line, but having Strength at the level its at is more to trigger power through more often then to break tackles with just Strength itself. I know some of you will argue you like Carrying better for doing that, ok fine flip Strength/Carrying if you want or ignore Strength and go all Carrying, that's your call... just don't send me angry PM's trying to argue about which is better!.

SPECIAL TEAMS UNIT (Special Teams Only Players [STOP's])
Personally I would advise against ST's only players (unless your having trouble filling your roster to 55, then ST's player are better than nothing), however it is possible that with changes to stamina/confidence coming out in S15 and ST's chewing up a lot of energy, it may be a good option to have some pure ST's players with higher stamina than you would have for a normal player (this would save your other off/def players from having to burn energy on ST's). HOWEVER: I would still rather depth at normal Off/Def positions to combat stamina losses there (so its an individual preference/philosophy decision really).

Also, given the new Special Teamer Archetype, I don't see the point in having anything other then 100 flex point positions playing as STOPs (as they get the same level gains, can be built the same as if they were a CB, and perform the same (there are NO out of position [OOP] penalties on ST's), so I'd go with C/G/OT's just because they are cheaper.

1) Disclaimer
This guide is intended to help first time peewee owners, who are looking for guidance.
I understand the majority of peewee teams and there coaching staff already know all this stuff. Therefore if you picked up something useful great, if not flame away!

Furthermore, this guide represents the build designs, tactics and methods used by a select few.

2) Sprint Building:
The key concept to grasp is that building players for Peewee (Sprint Building) is vastly different to normal building or even slow building. You are not building for the long term, most good peewee players are only ever meant to be ‘one and done’ players, or accept they may need a season or two for their build to recover after peewee [as opposed to going the D-League route], as such you are looking for early results and a balanced build much earlier than usual. Having said all this, you will still want to take advantage of the soft caps when and where possible.

3) Player Creation:
Peewee Players should NOW be created on Day 40 [after rollover has finished between Day39/Day40]. This ensures they will have ZERO (0) XP which is the latest rule for Pee Wee players. By making them on Day41 you will have more training points then players created on Day 0 or during the preseason, however the difference will be marginal (the intended consequence of Bort's change) so realistically players can be made any time during the offseason/preseason.

Also: Check out Sunshineduck's Peewee Roll Guide - http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=2993933

4) Signing Contracts
Signing early to D-League after Day 32 is no longer applicable with the new Zero XP player rules. As such players made on/after Day40 should just wait to be signed by there Pee Wee teams on Day42-45.

5) Boosting
DO NOT Boost your player until just before Playoffs (Day31) unless asked by your team owner, and even then it should only be a select few players (i.e. 1 of your 3 HB’s).

6) Equipment:
Equipment should not be bought until you are signed onto your respective peewee team. This is so that you have cash available to train over Bort’s increasingly long off-season’s. Also peewee teams are flooded with cash, so any good peewee team will sign you with a maximum bonus and salary when signing as well as a substantial equipment fund to take care of all your players equipment needs.

Once you are signed you should buy and equip your equipment as soon as possible, making sure to keep all your equipment in one attribute to get the most advantage out of it early on [its generally accepted that you put it in your positions primary or secondary attribute].

7) Training
There are schools of thought when it comes to training, Intense Training (used for its better gains, and additional benefits the Bonus tokens provide), and Normal Training used to get a primary attribute to its highest possible point before regular season games start [often allowing you to come very close to hitting the 1st cap of your primary attribute after assigning your players initial 15 Special Points].

The most popular is Intense Training, as the 1 Special Point and +5 Boost for tough regular season games prove extremely attractive. I would only use Normal Training for certain positions (discussed in the Position Build Section).

8) Assigning The Initial 15 Special Points

9) An Early Word About Special Attributes (SA’s)
DO NOT put Special Points (SP’s) into SA’s during your peewee career. They will rarely work if at all at this level. You will be far better served putting those SP’s into your primary and secondary attributes to make your build better.

10)Position Builds, Heights, Weights, and Equipment
OFFENSE
QB (Passing) – (For a short yardage, quick hit passing game)
Height = I generally prefer a 6’5 QB, but 6-0 to 6’5 is acceptable if the roll is great.
Weight = Anything between 190-215lbs. You don’t want him to light, or to slow.
Roll = Try to get a roll with 18-20+ in Throwing.
From their Intense Train Throwing/Vision till the regular season, then just before your first game dump your SP’s into Throwing. Proceed to 1st cap [48] Throwing with any additional SP’s, whilst training Vision/Confidence. After 1st capping Throwing, move to 1st cap Vision (or at least get to around 40ish), whilst training Confidence/Stamina. Once Vision is at an acceptable level move on to putting about 10-15 SP’s each in Confidence (whilst Normal Training strength to get it up fast) and Strength.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Throwing 55-65 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Vision 40-50
Confidence 25-40
Strength 20-30

[Note: This short term build is meant to take advantage of the short to medium passing game, and quick hit routes, which are most popular with successful passing/balanced peewee teams].

QB (Rushing) –(Outside Rusher [not meant for heavy contact up the guts])
Height = 6-0 to 6’3 your don’t want your speedy QB too tall [makes them to big of a target and a touch slower IMO]
Weight = Anything between 180-215lbs. You don’t want him to slow.
Roll = Try for a high roll in either Vision or Stamina (18+), you really shouldn’t need throwing as most good teams carry one of each QB.
Equipment = SPEED, SPEED and MOAR SPEED. Both for Custom and Regular Equipment.
Build =
This is one of those ‘Special Builds’ where I go the Normal Training route as I want to get Speed trained up as high as possible by the time the 1st Regular season game rolls around [and given the fact that the QB’s highest speed roll will only be a 10, he’ll have his work cut out for him, hence the normal training]. If you want to go the Intense Route that’s fine just train Speed/Agility. Just before the 1st Regular season game dump your Initial 15 SP’s into Speed, from here dump every point your ever get during your peewee season into speed (I know others will talk about agility, vision, carrying, stamina...etc), if your OC knows when and how to use you all you will EVER need is SPEED!!! Whilst dumping points into speed (for the whole season) Intense Train Agility/Vision (you should be able to train these up to 20-30ish by the end of the season).
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed 75-85 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility 20-25
Vision 20-25

HB – (Power HB) [Note: I’m not from the Carrying school of HB’s]
Height = 5’11 to 6’3
Weight = Anything between 200-220lbs.
Roll = Strength 16-18+ (will take a 15/16 Strength with a 15+ speed).
Equipment = Custom in Strength, 1st set of regular equipment in Speed (until you get SP’s into speed later in the build, at which point buy a second set of Regular Equipment and put in Strength. This helps to compensate for the Power Backs initial lack of speed.
Build =
Intense Train Strength/Carrying until Day 1 (you can also break off Intense Training in the last few days before the regular season starts and just Normal Train Strength in order to get it up to 25-30ish before dumping SP’s into it at the start of the season). After assigning your Initial 15 Special Points to Strength you should begin to Intense Train Speed/Agility (or even Speed/Stamina if you prefer [you won’t need more than 15-20 stamina total though]). Dump all your SP’s into Strength till you hit the Second Cap [61], then start dumping points into Speed (to hit the First Cap [48]), whilst dumping points in speed intense Train Agility/Stamina [if you didn’t already train it as part of Speed/Stamina] or Agility/Vision if Stamina is high enough.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Strength 70-80 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Speed 45-50
Agility 20-25
Carrying 20ish

HB – (Speed HB)
Height = 5’10 to 6’3
Weight = Anything between 180-220lbs.
Roll = Speed 18+ (will take a 15/16 Speed with a 15+ agility).
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Speed
Build =
Day 31 till Day 0/1 – Intense Train Speed/Agility. Just before the 1st Regular Season game assign your Initial 15 Special Points to Speed. Dump SP’s from leveling up into speed until you hit the 2nd Cap for Speed [61], whilst simultaneously training Agility/Vision. After hitting the 2nd Cap with Speed, dump SP’s into Agility till you Hit the 1st Cap [48], you have multiple training options at this point – you can do Vision/Confidence, or Strength/Carrying or Confidence/Stamina ...it’s a personal choice but all will help with reducing fumbles [not that you really need to worry about fumbling much, or having high carrying to cover it at this level].
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed 70-80 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility 40-50
Vision 20ish

HB – (Hybrid/Scat Back HB)
Height = 5’10 to 6’3
Weight = Anything between 180-210lbs.
Roll = Speed 18+ (will take a 15/16 Speed with a 15+ agility).
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Speed
Build =
Day 31 till Day 0/1 – Intense Train Speed/Agility. Just before the 1st Regular Season game assign your Initial 15 Special Points to Speed. Dump SP’s from leveling up into speed until you hit the 2nd Cap for Speed [61], whilst simultaneously training Catching/Carrying. After hitting the 2nd Cap with Speed, dump 10-15 SP’s into Catching to bring it up to around [25-30], whilst training Agility/Vision. Once Catching is around 30ish, dump remaining SP’s into Agility to bring it as close as possible to the 1st Cap [48], whilst Intense Training Jumping/Vision or Vision/Confidence.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed 75ish (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility 40-48
Catching 25-30ish
Carrying 15-20ish
Vision 20ish

FB – (Blocking FB - Traditional)
Height = 5’10 to 6’3
Weight = Anything between 220-250lbs.
Roll = Strength 20+ (with a decent roll to Blocking [15+])
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Speed [Alternatively Equip could be placed in Strength, but I feel it’s better served in Speed].
Build =
Day 31 till Day 0/1 – Intense Train Strength/Blocking. Day 0/1 assign Initial 15 SP’s to Strength, train Blocking/Agility whilst dumping SP’s from leveling up into Strength until you hit the 2nd Cap [61]. After 2nd Capping Strength 1st Cap Blocking, whilst training Agility/Vision (alternatively at this point you can train Speed/Agility, Agility/Stamina, Speed/Stamina or Vision/Confidence).
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Strength 65ish
Blocking 48-50
Speed 25-45 (depending on regular and custom equipment, and final training route chosen)
Agility 20-30

FB – (Blocking FB – Strength/Speed)
Height = 5’10 to 6’3
Weight = Anything between 220-250lbs.
Roll = Strength 20+ (with a decent roll to Blocking [15+])
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Speed
Build =
Day 31 till Day 0/1 – Intense Train Strength/Blocking. Day 0/1 assign Initial 15 SP’s to Strength, train Speed/Agility whilst dumping SP’s from leveling up into Strength until you hit the 2nd Cap [61]. After 2nd Capping Strength 1st Cap Speed, whilst training Blocking/Agility.
Alternatively you could 1st Cap Strength [48]/2nd Cap Speed [61] if you are planning on using this FB more rushing than blocking, or if your team runs far outside a lot.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Strength 65ish
Blocking 25-35
Speed 60-65 (depending on regular and custom equipment, and final training route chosen)
Agility 20-30
Alternate:
Strength 50ish
Blocking 25-35
Speed 70-80 (depending on regular and custom equipment, and final training route chosen)
Agility 20-30

FB – (Receiving FB) [Note: I haven’t built a receiving FB, so this may need to be redone]
Height = 5’10 to 6’3
Weight = Anything between 220-250lbs.
Roll = Agility 20+
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Speed
Build =
Day 31 till Day 0/1 – Intense Train Catching/Carrying. Day 0/1 assign Initial 15 SP’s to Catching , train Speed/Agility [till agility is about 28-30ish] then dump any SP’s saved/built up from leveling up into Agility until you hit the 1st Cap [48], whilst Normal Training Speed [Speed/Stamina if you want the Bonus Tokens, but Normal Training will get Speed up faster before you dump points in]. After 1st Capping Agility, 1st Cap Speed whilst training Vision/Confidence. Split any remaining SP’s between Catching/Carrying/Jumping/Vision/Agility/Speed as per your preferences.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed 60-65 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility 50ish
Catching 30ish
Carrying 20-25
Jumping 15-25
Vision 20-25

WR – (Possession)

Dump SP’s from leveling up into Catching until you hit the 1st Cap [48], whilst simultaneously training Speed/Agility. After hitting the 1st Cap with Catching, dump SP’s into Speed till you hit the 1st Cap [48], whilst training Agility/Vision. After getting Speed to the 1st Cap take Agility to the 1st Cap [48] whilst training Jumping/Vision. Split any remaining SP’s between Vision/Jumping/Confidence/Carrying as per your preferences.

Build =
Day 31 till Day 0/1 – Intense Train Speed/Agility. Just before the 1st Regular Season game assign your Initial 15 Special Points to Speed. Dump SP’s from levelling up into speed until you hit the 2nd Cap for Speed [61], whilst simultaneously training Agility/Vision. After hitting the 2nd Cap with Speed, dump SP’s into Agility till you Hit the 1st Cap [48], whilst training Catching/Jumping [or Catching/Carrying, Catching/Vision].
Note: this WR will have very little catching for the first part of the season, but he’s meant to be a ‘Burner’ not a possession WR, you can dump a couple of points into catching early on if your team needs/wants to pass early on.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed 70-80 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility 40-50
Catching 20-30 (depending on roll and if you dumped some extra points into catching)
Vision 20ish

Day 31 to Day 0/1 Intense Train Strength/Tackling, Day 0/1 Assign Initial 15 SP’s to Strength. Whilst levelling up assign SP’s to Strength until you hit the 2nd Cap [61] whilst Intense Training Speed/Agility. After 2nd Capping Strength, 1st Cap [48] Agility whilst Intense Training Speed/Tackling.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Strength 70-75 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility 50ish
Speed 20-30
Tackling 20-25

DE – (Speed/Agility)
Height = 6’3 to 6’5 (the taller the better)
Weight = 260-280lbs (Still want it fairly heavy so it doesn’t get pan-caked easily)
Roll = Speed 22+.
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Speed
Build =
Day 31 to Day 0/1 Intense Train Strength/Tackling, Day 0/1 Assign Initial 15 SP’s to Strength. Whilst leveling up assign SP’s to Strength until you hit the 1st Cap [48] whilst Intense Training Speed/Agility. After 1st Capping Strength, 2nd Cap [61] Speed whilst Intense Training Agility/Tackling or Agility/Vision. Once Speed is 2nd Capped, dump remaining SP’s from leveling up into Agility and try and get it as close to the 1st Cap [48] as possible.
Note: Your Speed DE’s will still want decent Strength (hence 1st Capping it) to avoid being pan-caked and to assist in stuffing the run [this is peewee after all].
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Strength 50ish
Speed 65ish (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility 35-45ish
Vision 20-30
Tackling 20-25

MLB – (Strength/Tackling)
Height = 6’3 to 6’5 (the taller the better)

Roll = Strength 18+ (or a high combination Strength/Tackling roll [16/16])
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Speed
Build =
Day 31 to Day 0/1 Intense Train Strength/Tackling, Day 0/1 Assign Initial 15 SP’s to Strength. Whilst leveling up assign SP’s to Strength until you hit the 1st Cap [48] whilst Intense Training Speed/Tackling. After 1st Capping Strength, 1st Cap [48] Tackling whilst Intense Training Speed/Agility. Once Tackling is 1st Capped, dump remaining SP’s from leveling up into Speed and try and get it as close to the 1st Cap [48] as possible, whilst Intense Training Agility/Vision or Agility/Stamina. Dump any remaining SP’s into Agility.
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Strength 50ish
Tackling 50ish
Speed 60-65 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility 30-40

This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed 70-75 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility 50ish
Tackling 25-30
Strength 20ish
Vision 15-20

OLB – (Run Stopper)
Height = 6’3 to 6’5 (the taller the better)
Weight = 230-250lbs
Roll = Agility 18+ or Tackling 18+
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Speed
Build =
Day 31 to Day 0/1 Intense Train Speed/Agility, Day 0/1 Assign Initial 15 SP’s to Speed. Whilst levelling up assign SP’s to Speed until you hit the 2nd Cap [61] whilst Intense Training Agility/Vision. Whilst leveling up assign SP’s to Agility until you hit the 1st Cap [48] whilst Intense Training Speed/Tackling. After 1st Capping Agility, 1st Cap [48] Speed whilst Intense Training Strength/Tackling. Once you have Capped Speed at [48], Split SP’s between Tackling and Strength bringing both up to around [40], whilst training Jumping/Vision. Dump any remaining SP’s into Vision
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Speed 60-65 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Agility 50ish
Tackling 40ish
Strength 40ish
Vision 20ish

SS –
Height = 6’0 to 6’4
Weight = 210 to 220lbs
Roll = Speed 18+ (with a decent roll in Tackling [14+])
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Speed
Build =
Day 31 to Day 0/1 Intense Train Speed/Agility, Day 0/1 Assign Initial 15 SP’s to Speed. Whilst leveling up assign SP’s to Speed until you hit the 2nd Cap [61] whilst Intense Training Agility/Vision. After 2nd Capping Speed, 1st Cap [48] Agility whilst Intense Training Strength/Tackling. Dump any remaining SP’s into Tackling.

K – (Dual kicker/Punter)
Height = 6’0 to 6’2
Weight = 170+lbs
Roll = Kicking 26+ (with a decent roll in Confidence or Vision [14+])
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Kicking
Build =
Day 31 to Day 0/1 Intense Train Kicking/Vision, Day 0/1 Assign Initial 15 SP’s to Kicking. Whilst leveling up assign SP’s to Kicking until you hit the 2nd Cap [61] whilst Intense Training Vision/Confidence. After 2nd Capping Kicking, 1st Cap [48] Vision whilst Intense Training Punting/Confidence. Once Vision is at the 1st Cap, bring Confidence up to the 1st Cap [48] whilst Intense Training Strength/Punting. Dump any remaining points into Strength.
[Alternatively you could take Kicking to the 3rd Cap if you wish and reduce the other attribute accordingly].
(Note: If you team scores a lot of points you should be able to reach level 16-17 in one season due to increased XP gains; meaning you will have extra SP’s to meet the targets listed here).

This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-
Kicking 70-75 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Vision 50ish
Confidence 48-50
Strength 20-25
Punting 15-20

P – You Don’t Need One!
With the introduction of the 55 man cap, and combined with the fact a Punter rarely gets used on Good Peewee Teams, you really don’t need a punter. Just use a dual K/P as they level up extremely fast and will have more than enough SP’s to cover both. Also the additional roster spot you free up (either for O or D, I prefer an extra CB, LB) may make the difference in some games.

(If you must have one)
Height = 6’0 to 6’2
Weight = 170+lbs
Roll = Punting 26+ (with a decent roll in Confidence or Vision [14+])
Equipment = Custom + Regular Equipment in Punting
Build =
Day 31 to Day 0/1 Intense Train Punting/Strength, Day 0/1 Assign Initial 15 SP’s to Punting. Whilst leveling up assign SP’s to Punting until you hit the 3rd Cap [68] whilst Intense Training Vision/Confidence. After 3rd Capping Kicking, Split SP’s between Vision and Confidence taking both to around 30-35, whilst Intense Training Strength/Jumping. Once Confidence and Vision are around 35-40 dump all remaining SP’s into Strength.
(Note: Punters will have a lot of trouble getting XP’s on good teams, and are too big a weakness to play ST’s, which is why I’d advise using a dual K/P instead).
This should give you a build of roughly (by playoffs):-

Punting 79-85 (depending on regular and custom equipment)
Confidence 30-35
Vision 30-35
Strength 20-30ish

Contract Renegotiations:

You can still do contract renegotiations throughout the preseason. They only become unavailable after the first day of the regular season, when you get your first XP. Players created on day -8 or later can get renegotiations throughout the season. Not that I recommend waiting until day -8 to create your players, as the trains are far more valuable than a couple thousand bucks.

Finally, I'm not 100% certain whether contract renegotiations in pee wee (to dump cash on players) is really sanctioned by the admins anymore. They've made some comments that make this look like a murky area to me. Not that I'm going to dig them up for specific quoting. But it's all likely to become a moot point someday anyway, when they change the cash system of the game.

NEVER train on normal except when all your bonus tokens are spent and your heading to the playoffs. See Short Bus's season 12 team for results of training on normal.

Also You can boost at level 7 3 times and remain a level 13 for the playoffs. There are no level 14's anymore with the new day 31 rule

Note quite true. I've hit level 11 with some non-boosters, so level 14 is not out of reach. On the other hand, it is going to be pretty rare (max XP all season), so you shouldn't plan on it.

I wonder how feasible it will be to hit 11/14 now that they've changed the rules for max XP to require half as many plays....

If you wait until after the 1st playoff game to boost and you get max xp all season you will hit level 14 before the championship game
