I have a question regarding archetypes, specifically the penalized special abilities. What exactly are the penalties against the SA and how are they enforced? I apologize if this is a duplicate question, but the wiki on archetypes didn't seem to address this issue.

I'll frame my question more clearly. I have a HB who adopted the power rusher archetype. This HB has no SP invested in the First Step SA, but has a piece of AEQ which provided +3 First Step. First Step is one of the "penalized" VAs for power backs.

Will the power back archetype penalty on First Step apply to a bonus that is given by AEQ? It would seem to me that AEQ wouldn't necessarily be affected by an archetype penalty... but if it is, I will want to change up my AEQ.

So where did the SIM end up in regards to morale/stamina changes?

I know Catch said that they didn't end up changing very much, but it seems pretty drastic to me. You can watch players drop down slower and slower on the speed script, at a much faster pace than they did last season.

I just think we should have had time to adjust to something so serious.

Also, is the same scale going to be used in minor leagues? Isn't this going to cause huge swings in momentum, even more so than higher leveled leagues? Making leagues less predictable and more competitive don't really seem like the same thing.

- Can you legally ban someone permanently from GLB for abusing this loophole? It would seem to me that this is not a serious enough offense to ban someone who has thrown X amount of money into an online game for fun. I understand the creating multiple accounts and other things as well that may clog up servers or something, but there has to be a less intrusive means to stop that person from committing the offense a third time to get banned.

- I guess my question is what is the justification for the permanent ban other than an unfair advantage in a game? Diminished value of game play?

- Is there a thread somewhere already posted about this? (couldn't find it in my search)
