Yes, but they suck or are full of crappy information and arm-chair professional opinions.
You're mostly on your own, but if you join some of hte position specific private forums you can at least get a feel for which Va's work at least.

GO HEELS!!! you can look at the VA page on the wiki for some basic info, but for how well each works you just have to look around
