Hey out there, I would really like to buy a team, and I am on the waiting list for a Casual Team, but I am nr. 1230 or something like that.. Is there really 1300 new teams added every offseason? Or is there a limit? - Can I get a team in another way??

It really depends. 1230 is a little low on the list, but you might end up with one. Most importantly, if you don't get a team this year, keep yourself on the list and start recruiting. Either find a group of players that will be level 14 at the conclusion of S15 or find a group of people who will be willing to stay with your team for 3-5 seasons while you build up the team. And find a CFO who will help you build the stadium correctly.

I'd start with finding a team that will let you be a GM so you can learn the back side of the game.

He is correct about being a GM first. Owning a team sounds like a blast, but it's not always the most fun thing in the world especially if you are new and don't have many GLB friends yet. Recruiting is a real pain if you don't have people you can call on to help fill the roster. Casual isn't real tough to manage a team, but still a chore at times. Jumping in too fast before you experience some things might lead to early burnout

Well I have alot of GLB friends to fill the roster, so that shouldn't give any problems..
