On offense, we're going to be running more this season, and our O-line has a grand tradition of stacking up pancakes by the ton. Overall, I'm planning to have 5 Guards total on the roster this season.

WE ARE WINNERS - Regular season record of 98-46 (.681), 7 straight playoff appearances, 3 top-3 finishes, and our worst season ever was when we went 7-9 after getting promoted out of BBB. This will be our 4th season in Canada AAA, and we've improved every season since we got here.
DEDICATED OWNERSHIP - I handle everything myself -- the gameplanning, the finances, the stat-keeping, the scouting... the only thing I didn't do is the initial design of our defensive AI, and after that I took over the game-to-game adjustments myself. I have a variety of Excel spreadsheets that help me keep track of how the team is doing and what's working, all of which I made myself. And I'm in this for the long-haul. I'm not giving up the team any time soon.
STEADY FINANCES - We finished the stadium a while ago, and I keep a close watch on our Fan Support to squeeze every last dollar out of ticket sales. That's why I was able to hand out over $28 million in salaries and over $54 million for equipment last season.
ACTIVE FORUMS - Every game gets a thread -- even pre-season games and scrimmages. We also help each other with build questions and game tactic ideas. I can give you forum access if you want to see for yourself.
