Has anyone gotten thier kicker to 11 on automatic?

I've got level 8 automatic. I haven't seen anyone with more that that.

You found any great benefit of having it that high? Your XP conversion is good, but you still missed a FG in the 20-29 range.

i thought you could only get up to 10 on the SA's

I've gotten to 10 on my big boot build but left automatic at 3 or 4, didn't seem worth it. I'm pretty accurate less than 50 yards and have booted a 56 yarder. I've also been kicking 81 yard touchbacks from kickoff which have been helpful because I think returns are way too long in this game.

I was under the same impression, but I just saw a LB with 12 Snarl (with gear), so apparently not.

Yeah that's pretty much my theory on automatic as well. Anything within its range should be automatic at higher levels regardless, so I've yet to put a point in it. But if the cap isn't 10 after all, which it doesn't appear to be, then who knows. Maybe a kicker with nothing but 50-60 strength and automatic 15-20, would treat anything inside 50yds as an XP...

How high of kicking and automatic do you need to stop missing PATs?

If I could I would take away all the points I put into automatic I would. Kicking being near 80 at later levels should really make anything 40 and under pretty automatic.

Well, I missed that the first game last season. I was several levels lower then.

It was a bug. Special abilities do nothing over 10, unless boosted with custom gear, in which case 11 is the max.
