Both, but agility is part of acceleration and lateral movement. You need both to go fast though.

But how should i disperse the 11 eq points to get there.

All to Agility.

You can actually have too much speed on a FB and over-shoot the defense. Mine started out with 86/87 speed/agility and kept flying right by the defense and blocking a safety while the D-line and LBs made tackles behind him. I thought I would need it to stay in front of our RB with well over 100 speed, but it was looking like he was too fast, when he did bother a LB he would often get there too soon, leaving the defender time to break the block (or the FB time to bounce around from defender to defender without really blocking any of them).

I put 5 points into vision when he leveled up, then I switched out 6 points of agility equipment for strength to get him to 86/81. He still had the tendency to run past the defense, so before the playoffs started I changed out 6 points of speed EQ for more strength. He was a much better blocker, routinely picking up LBs or D-linemen that beat their blocker. It was only 1 game but I am pretty confident that getting speed and agility back down to 80 and getting strength up 12 points to 90 is going to be a good decision.

If you want to see what 86/81/43 speed/agility/vision (and 14 ranks of outside blocker, 11 down field blocker) looks like.

The very next game with 80/81/43:

Watch a drive or two from both of those games and I think you will see a difference.

I think that is a vision problem not a speed issue. I would try to put the equipment in vision.

The first thing I did was put points into vision. Enough? Perhaps not, but the real point I was making was 80 speed and 81 agility is still plenty at this level and it has solved some problems I had with the FB running past everyone or getting to his defender too quickly.

Putting the equipment into strength makes him better at blocking and adds 12 points to a stat that is naturally at 78+, thereby giving me WAY more bang for my buck than putting it into vision, which is still very low and easy to raise. I'm not at all a fan of putting equipment into a stat that isn't going to be one of your most important (in a blocking FB's case, Strengh/Blocking/Speed/Agility).

No I would not do that either, but since you have a good cash stash in R'lyeh you can do it in a intermediate period until you are ready to get vision up.

Vision is my #1 priority when I boost next season. How high would you consider taking it? When he boosts next season he will have 44.05, letting him get to 49.05 with 5 of the 15 SP.

I'm also concerned about stamina and confidence (40.8 and 37.8 respectively) because we run the ball a LOT (855 times this regular season) and the FB gets a ton of play time.

I don't think there was a problem with the FB, it appears the HB is way to slow to be running outside.

My full back seems plenty fast out of the blocks then stops inexplicably about a half yard short of hitting the hole and barely moves forward most of the time. No idea why.. it's like the A.I. is retarded some of the time.

Any thoughts?

There are some plays where the FB is designed to block and "Area" not to neccessarily lead block all the way down field. You will see it on sweeps too where the HB goes wide but the FB gets to the end of the LOS, turns up field about 2 yards then stops. He is looking for the OLB or ILB to come around the end. If they don't then he stops. Wierd but maybe that is some of the problem.
