Well don't abide by the rankings in the general Oceania Forum that were posted today... Those cursory numbers are ridiculous. For starters, since his formula is based only on numbers, the 2 new kids on the block shouldn't even be in the pre-rankings at all. They faced different teams last year so their points scored and points allowed stats are going to completely different in this league. For another the number of gutted teams really throws a wrench in the formula. Look at it if you want to waste 5 mins of your life, like I did. Otherwise... just let your players do the talking for you.

I like the numbers... it says we are about as good as NEBP, and better than Nauru.

Of course, I think they are skewed as well, but it is for fun anyway.

I also like the numbers. Being near the top of any of those lists is a bad omen.

Nice! I love that movie, though that clip taken out of the movie makes the scene look kinda.... gay. *As Seinfeld would say* Not that there's anything wrong with that.....

the reasons the mustangs were number 1 might have to do with the fact that they gave up NEGATIVE yards rushing....and AAA was a very strong league.

When you loose to the mustangs or cannanites youll realize those ranking are pretty accurate. His weekly predictions based on his odds are pretty damn close even when he predicts the score.

I might get flamed for this and not to take anything away from your accomplishments, but to me it would be a lot more impressive if almost the whole team wasn't your guys. It's a little more of a challenge to recruit, retain, and communicate with a team full of strangers. Just my $0.02.

You're telling me. . . . . Speightstown has already earned every win that we will get this season.

We had to absolutely tear up the recruiting trails. I feel we are close to having a very solid Starting lineup. This season will be spent trying to groom or sign #2s.

Gotta agree with iowa... it's "MUCH" More of a challenge (I'm STILL trying to fill up one more roster slot for our AAA team that I need desperately), when you have no guarantee that everyone is going to do their part in setting up for a game.

when you get to control everything, then you can be sure you're going to be playing at 'your' best. Where as if you've got that "wild card" factor, it's more of an uncertainty.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

If my team loses, I have no problem with it happening to someone who is spending a small fortune on this game every month because they don't know how to deal with real people.

Well, we'll see how Brantford stacks up shortly, with NEBP and Bandits in the first 2 games.

Also, next time I feel like an ass for keeping three players flexed up, I'll just go on over to the owner's profile and feel fine. 47 players? Really...?

and the yokels (a public team i help gm) went to the championship in their division too.
and since we did so well alot of people wanted to join our team.
i also started helping out the gamblers who went 0-16 and got relegated and i hope to help that team out as well.

dont worry about getting flamed as your opinion is probably in the majority lol
