So just to make sure, we build players anywhere from day 41-48 and it won't make a bit of difference? This could be great for late one night or early morning rolling.

You are just missing out on training points as far as I can tell.

Technically, you could create them on Day 40 if you wanted, but I will skip those two extra training points so I can reuse my flex.

I think day 41 will be when most people create.

I'm rolling players anyway just for old times sake.
