Whats a good stamina for a HB to get 20-25 carries a game

With 30 I was able to get 25 rushes several times this year. Really it depends on game plan though. I would get 40-50 snaps and only have 8 or 9 rushes in some games. In others I could get 30 snaps and 22 rushes.

we ran a two back system so maybe thats why I didn't get as many rushes but now just looking I averaged 24 rushes a game

Depends on how they set their offensive plays and how many HB's they use. 2 HB's a good stanima is 30 and for 3 HB's 25.

I'm thinking 33 stamina for a mainly 1 back system

i have 29 stamina and thru 16 games i split carries with my backup about 50/50. we both had roughly 230 carries. the lowest my energy ever got was 78 after a game and i was consistently in for 40 plays per game

Yea our team ran a 2 back system ran for 3000 yards total I got 40 plays and around 20 rushes a game but I could probabally rush for 2000 yards if I had more stamina and didn't come out as much

in a 3back system with 40 stamina i was getting 60+ snaps a game

it depends how much the owner sets the plays. If your a team that mainly rushes, then yeah you'll get a crap load of rushes, but if your a passing team, you may see 10-20 rushes.

whoops... my bad... all you need is 50 snaps a game to get your full XP... (if i remember correctly.)

Doesnt the amount of stamina you need/want go up with your level?

it always depends on how the team owner uses you. He can have you on special teams which can boost your amount of plays. check your depth charts and see where else he can use you.
