Just a guess however, and I haven't put much thought into it or looked at his replays much lately.

I think that build would have higher lolbars...that much vision really moves the carrying bar (and the overall). I would guess lower strength as well.

His lolbars would be just about right for that build.

All Equipment into Speed and Carrying perhaps, but 66 is a sign of High Strength or High SA's and I'm pretty sure he's got high SA's with at least 65+ Strength Base.

srrynop, Tea's rushing bar is only 66. http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=716060 has a 69 carrying bar and doesn't have near the atty's/skills that you listed.
