This waas at the top of list because this year seems to be the year he finally makes the leagues even as a whole. If you noticed, he's changing boosting and cap rules on the other leagues to make it more even, so this was probably at the top.

I think it is stupid on his part. Now guys can use flex from the previous season. This will decrease the flex needed in guys accounts.
Also Pee Wee needs the extra training. The guys are so low.

I don't think it will make a big difference in the long run cause most pee wees don't continue on so the flex you don't get back from boosting and CE will still be the same and potentially more if more people start playing pee wee.

Disagree! With the changes I can run on less flex, IMO.
