Is any1 interested in buying it? i am selling it today or tommorrow, even if i don't find a user to sell to. They are a great group of guys, and a very active forum. I just don't have the time to own a team anymore

Unless it's to a GM or player from the team, it can't be sold. Feel free to advertise in your team forum for it, but not in the public ones.
