I noticed this specifically in my preseason game. Every single time DoRD ran the 3-4 defense against a passing play, my Center would head outside to help on the Defensive End. This allowed the NT to easily split the hapless Guards and cause a hurry or sack.

I then went to check if it was a common issue, and noticed that Lone Star had the same thing happen to them when they dropped back against the 3-4.

Looks to me like the Centers blocking logic is f'd. I'll keep passing in the preseason to watch this moving forward, but if it ain't changed by the first real game, I expect our offense will be 0 for 0 passing this season.

I've noticed this myself. On screen passes - and other plays where the HB is the main target - the blocking seems fine. Against 4-man fronts, it just looks like the C is going to help on the NT, but it is blatantly obvious against 3-man fronts.

It's not a bug or anything it's just the way they have there DL set up to take advantage of your OT's poor vision.

So the OT's vision makes the center run off to no where? Thats some really bad contact lenses.

Thankfully it looks like the weird C blocking has been fixed. Today's round of games didn't show the same flaws in blocking AI.
