The final 4 of the Gold teams. Short Bus pulled away in the second half from Carolina with a 28-13 win and both teams pressing on the 4th quarter. Short Bus did it with a solid Defensive effort and a good ground game. The passing game wasn't there as the Bus went 5/12 for 29 yards but the ground game was good enough for 2 Td runs.
He Hate Me squeaked by Boston with a 6-0 win doing so with a balanced attack and going 12/19 for 119 yards through the air. The ground game was solid rushing 68 times for 229 yards. HHM scored with a pair of field goals going 2/3 and hitting from 25 yards and 29 yards. HHM held Bostons air attack to 9/19 and 56 yards and more impressive was the rushing DF holding Boston to 13 rushes and -1 yards rushing.
Lone Star had the most impressive win getting by Department of Redundancy Department with a 23-9 win. Lone Star had a balanced attack hitting 145/35 passes for 157 yards and a TD. Lone Star held DoRDS rushing game in check netting 2.9 yards a rush on 59 rushes with not much of a passing threat. The game was relatively close at 13-9 (DoRD missed an extra point) before Lone Star reeling off 10 straight points with less than 2 minutes to play.
Atlanta used a great ground game since their air attack wasn't producing hitting 4/15 for 49 yards , but ran for 229 yards on 44 rushes netting over 5 yards a pop. Atlanta had two long Tds runs of 31 and 37 yards. 2nd half was mostly quiet with Atlnata hitting a 35 yarder mid way through the 3rd and Insane finally getting on the board with a 37 yard field goal midway through the 4th.

Last meeting Short Bus won through the air with WR Terrel Owens scored on a 45 yard TD pass from Peyton Manning and another pass from Peyton Manning to Randy Moss for a 72 yard TD with just 2 minutes left in the game. Atlanta took the lead with a 35 yard TD pass to HB Booby Miles midway through the 3rd. Both teams have a solid defense and can score from any side of the field.

15-1-0 Lone Star Mercenaries Mercenary
Last meeting: He Hate Me won 38-17
Last meeting both teams were tied at the half at 14 a piece. He Hate Me had a strong ground game while Lone Star mixed it up but had better success at throwing the rock. In the 2nd half it was all He Hate Me scoring 24 points to Lone Stars 3. Lone Star didn't punt and gave the ball right back on several possessions deep in their own territory and He Hate Me capitalized on a few of those.
