Just by taking a look at our team, it is pretty plain that we are slow building. We're 0-8 and all of our opponents have scored in the triple digits against us.

We only have 11 human owned players on the team, and we all get over 175 plays every game. The team owner created a Kicker, and he is our focus. We want him to get as many FG attempts per game as possible, so I am giving away our strategy so that we can maximize the points that you guys score, and the number of kicks our Kicker tries.

On defense, we have one custom play....every player is set to cover the under middle fifth zone. That means that any pass to the outside, or any rush to the outside will likely result in a TD for your team.

On offense, we pass it every play that we can't kick it, and I have our offensive linemen as the receivers....they are slow and they drop the ball a lot. If you double cover WR1 and WR2, we will end up throwing the ball away or getting sacked.

I realize that this seems odd, as I have previously PMed other owners the same info and have gotten mixed responses. I just want to get our kicker as many kicks as possible, and by telling you guys what I do, it stops the clock as often as possible. The way I look at it is this....you guys get inflated offensive stats for a game, while we get to kick lots of long FGs.

well, guess it makes sense then.....you are getting that kicker up pretty high for a pee wee kicker, and pretty quick.....14, wow

seems like a waste of flex points tho, to own the team if thats what your going to do, but thats up to you of course

i gotta say i was wondering what the deal was after we played you......i figured there was more to it

It costs you 400 flex points.....not really much $.

Then you have a kicker that late in his career will outlevel the opposition by a good chunk. I actually know a guy that had a Pee Wee team he used to slow build with and got his K to level 21 by the end of the season, and then had a 21 cap team that he slow built with and got the K up to 36 in just two seasons. I'm interested to see how many levels that Kicker will get to by the end of his career.

seems to be working well for you....and worked well for us too, getting a free win, lol

if it works, good for you, sounds like a good strategy, and no 400 flex is not much

nice, hope it all works out for......i just hope i dont have to play that kicker later on in his career, lol

I will never understand slow building a team. Why not just play in the D leagues where no one cares if you are competitive? Slow build teams are basically just skirting the rule that says you cannot buy play cash with FPs.
