Can anyone tell me what the common levels for a casual team are? minium 13 max?

I understand that, let me ask a different way. If I start a casual league with starting players at level 13, what is the max level they can go?
They can boost up to whatever level they make from that point. Just as long as you sign
them when they are eligable. Level 13, ya can't sign anyone higher but can keep the ones
you have signed that do move up !! Good deal huh?

As long as your median level is your cap level. so a level 13 casual has to have a median average of 13. If it is higher you will get bumped up.

and continue in the Conference and Cap he's in right now. If the team is really good..
and goes to the playoffs, like last season, they probably will go up a level or two, yes.
There are lots of teams that have started out all one level and done fine.
Yes, beware of the Shuffle for next season. onemiln09 is right about that but you have the
rest of the season to work that out. For next season... if the team is not with you yet,
you should be fine signing mostly all 13's.
