I am the GM for the Minutemen. Just wanted to introduce myself. Seems like this is one of the better Pee Wee leagues. Good luck everyone this season

They play rough, but really are a good bunch. I have been fortunate enough to be on Chico's for the last 2 seasons and keep track of the league. When I got my team, I wanted to be ANYWHERE but league 5. If you can win here - you can win anywhere!

Hmmmm...Advice....Sure..

In this league you must consider everything. Builds,tactics,day of the season, who is your first opponent, who is your 12th opponent. Spend 10 hours a day thinking about how your stomach will be turning once you lose. Everyone begins every season on a level playing field(supposedly). It is the forethought that sets teams apart. Here you will find some teams WIN every game...Some lose a game or two on purpose. However, once your planning has reached the point of insanity and you have had that brilliant moment of enlightenment, Throw it in the trash and start again because if it came that easy someone in this league has already tried it or knows how to stop it. SO really there is only ine real piece of advice I can give...

As we say in the Army......Adapt,Improvise and Overcome. However, in our Division you could say Adapt,Improvise and get hit by the Bus

It would be awesoe if some of the other really competitive teams joined league 5. I know this season our conference got better but we still have some teams that dont belong with the top 10 or so.

I think the more into the environment of this league you get, the more you will take in, get solid advice, and enjoy it. My first season in #5 was with the Headhunters last season, and saw first hand the difference from contenders and pretenders. a great organization, and GMs with great ideas. Being with the Flight in our first season, I hope we can make a splash and a lil noise, but we still have to play the elite and face reality. Just like anything else, if you want to be the best, you have to beat the best, and only time, effort and energy will get you there. And if not, just bring a towel to wipe off the blood, sweat and tears!!!
