My team owner Blackhawk32 has been told by admin that he can move to from his uncapped league to a capped league as soon as he finds someone to trade with.
Blackhawk32 bought a team that had no players, no stadium and 1.5 million in cash and then placed in minor uncapped league #9. After asking for assistance he was told to find a team that was willing to trade with him. Right.
With that said, this is an attempt to find an average level 45 team that mysteriously got stuck in a capped 13 league and wants out to the more competitive Minor uncapped #9.
