Seasonal Records
Season 6: 7-9 (took over the team here..100% gutted)
Season 7: 13-3 USA BBB, Promoted to USA A
Season 8: 9-7 USA A
Season 9: 15-1 USA A, Promoted to USA AA
Season 10: Idled.

Team Build Goals:
On Offense, we take great pride in our ScatBack abilities to take pressure off the WR's and TE.
On Defense, our run stopping abilities. We like our D-Line strong, smart, and ready to stomp the run. This let's our LB's/Safeties/CB's focus on the pressure.

Offensive Notes:
We are a team made of some long-term agents and players. One of those players is our Scatback. I used her to build my team up, then spread around to a balanced offense, switching it up whenever needed.

I believe she is one of the best scatbacks in the game.
She was league MVP in S9, USA A.
We have constantly been #1 League Offense, and have had #1 QB 3 Seasons running.
Very unpredictable offense has led to some really nice upsets/near upsets in our history. We gained some respect while being much lower leveled, and beating higher leveled teams. Some of the best unknown agents with superior builds helps this.

Season 10 Offense: We will be running a balanced offense as usual. Changing as needed per game. Currently looking for another stud WR to help us get this done.
Also looking to replace our o-line, who moved on with the shuffle. With a great ScatBack, a reliable PowerBack, and some really good WR's, we have a potent base Offense.

Defensive Notes:
DC: Talis (my brother)
He is one of the best DC's in the game IMO. He works extremely hard in not only advanced tactical research and planning, but in development and break-thrus in player building. He takes great players, and makes them greater by using them at what they are built to do, instead of forcing them into something else. This has proven to given us one of the top 3 defenses of the last couple seasons in our leagues.
We run a mix of 4-3/3-4/Nick/Dime and etc. Not one thing in particular. Tactics change every game to combat the opposing offense.
We do have a soft spot for creating a turnover based defense, forced fumbles in particular. We do not accept missed tackles, and recruit and build to implement that. This has led to a lot of FF's.

This OC is the greatest, he was able to put the balls in my hand whenever I wanted so I could score!

OK enough of that, I have been on this tema for a while now. I have a Scat back HB on this team. and when most scat backs can;t quite get the job done, this team know how to make that one two punch a scat back and a power back. Scat back was the league offesive MVP and our power back was in the top 10 of HBs.
Our OC's do everythign they can get all players involved, and out DC has players underleveled compared to the offensive we play and still make a great game. We have never been blown out.
I would have to say when it come to game planning, this team is one of the best.
We all talk about our build sand try to make the best player not only for the team, but for your position. and equipment upgrades are alwasy given to the players. if you sign a one year contract, equipment upgrades may not come as easily as if you sign a multi year contract.
I love the owner and the OC and DC. But you must have a great sense of humor to be on this team. I say that, caus when I opened with Rocket Rachel- that is how I post in threads most of the time and we like to have fun and keep it going...
this is a great team, and a team that like to have fun... if you wnat to have fun and want to enjoy your experience in GLB. I woudl highly recommend the Colorado Underdogs.

The Underdogs are a great team to be involved with. They've never failed to get a player upgrades for their EQ, take good care of getting every player proper playing time, and have an active and interesing forum (Ricksta, the QB agent, has been a nice addition to the forum talk this past season, as well as doing a phenominal job tossing that pigskin around!)

As the DC, I don't make demands on builds from my players. I post suggestions and what my goal for the defense is, and adapt that to the builds we have on the team. I don't believe in making players try to do something they're not good at. Instead, I try to put them in positions to make the plays they are built to make. I add defensive plays throughout the season, and maintain a thread in forums that tells what the play does, where it came from, what situations it will be used in, and why I felt it would be a good addition to the playbook. There's a challenge system to challenge for the starting spot if you feel you deserve more playing time. Level is not a factor in this: It's about build and production.

I've had fun in my time here, and you will too.

Had several players here for the past 4 season(S6-S9) and my experience has been pleasant in this team

They have a well organize team run by Genie1 and on Defense they have Talis who does a great job.
Just like the name we have been Underdogs most of the season. Over the last few shuffles we have move up and because of our lower players other agents in our conference have scratch us from contention. Well this past season we got to the Conference Championship and lost against the only team that beat us in the regular season, but once again we move up.
This is all possible thanks to Genie1 and Talis and everyone involve with this organization.
