Warrior General Games

I was the OC for 3 teams this past season and led them to a combined 39-9 record with them all making the playoffs. I am looking to help out some teams that need a little help getting to the championships. I don't have the time to do everything on my own but want to help out wherever I can. I am an experienced OC. Currently with 4 teams as I just took another one on, but my 3 last session finished, 4th, 3rd and 2nd, with 2 going to Division Championships (lost both). I've always had a knack for doing well during the season, pulling off upsets occassionally, and even 3 I can think of in the playoffs. You may have heard of the Halifax Hell Reapers, The Mallacca Strait Pirates, or even PaPa DDongs Farm Team. I have been sole OC for these teams for some time, one I started OCing with 4th session but have now become their DC. A cohort suggested I do well with my passing attack, but perhaps my running attack could use work. I'm looking for someone who may be able to adapt to my style and provide suggestions, at least perhaps on the running approach.......thoughts?
