I'm trying to find a new home for this LDE where he can play against competition closer to his 39 level. Ideally I will find a place where he can start. He played the majority of his snaps on special teams the last few years so his stats are nothing to write home about.
That looks like it means:
Eastern Europe A Leagues
Some Western Europe A Leagues
Oceania A #1
South America A #1
