How will the promotions look? will team that lost in the league championship get promoted? and when will the promotions occur?

All I know is whoever shares a league with TCS is going to get Chee's foot up their ass next season. Better start stocking up on tackling....

I'm positive that all the all 16 teams that made the playoffs automatically go up two levels, so capped at 38. The next thing after 38 is unlimited and there won't be any unlimited teams this season so TCS and TT will be capped at 38 too. The A champions will move up to 38 to replace the last place teams falling, or it will be something very close to this.
