Starting position does not matter as much as getting max game exp, and ability to afford eq upgrades. He is in need of his lvl 32 and lvl 40 eq upgrades. He has a great build, and will boost 3x every season. I also check in on game plans and adjust tactics accordingly.
Remember when you look at his attributes/skills he is lacking 8 skill points due to needed eq upgrades. His boost sp's will go mostly to D-line general. His eq upgrades to strength. He aslo has 27 bonus tokens saved for advanced EQ.
