BBB1 vs BBB16
BBB2 vs BBB15
BBB3 vs BBB14
etc, etc, etc

Then the winner can face the WEBBB champion.

Sounds good to me, but we shouldn't include teams of the lower caps unless they want their own seperate tournament.
Winners of 34 cap should not play winners of 21 cap.
Plus, all teams would have to comply with the rules.
We could just have like the best team from each conference of each League come represent and see which League really has the best teams.
