Figured I'd do them now that the season has advanced a bit.

Western Conference
1. Carolina Guard: 7-0, and have won by a much larger margin than anyone else.
2. San Diego Stingrays: Only loss was to IMO the best team in the East.
3. PeeWee Villainous Heroes: 7-0, but haven't played many hard games yet.
4. Phoenix Blaze: Solid #4 team.
5. Iron Men Of The South: Gets harder here, but they get the nod despite their recent beat down from Carolina.
6. Tokyo Ichiban: Was going well until yesterday's loss to Phoenix. They need to go on a little run here to stay high.
7. Channel Four News Team Smelly Pirate Hookers: Could drop quickly, as they've played a weak schedule and been demolished by good teams. Lost by 30 points more to Phoenix than Tokyo did.
8. New York Nightmare: Lost to a Punisher team they should have beat, but have beaten Olympia. They've been all over the place, and can go in either direction from here.
9.Olympia Demigods: Very easy schedule so far, will probably get blown out next game.
10. Margaritaville Guppies: Beat Punishers
11. San Antonio Punishers: Very hard schedule so far. They've played lots of games close, but have only pulled out the Nightmare game. Watch this team, if they get their tactics straightened out.
12. Washington Renegades: Barely beat the Speedsters and Mini Rats. They may fall soon.
13. Steve McWhorters Nevis Sporting Ants of Nevis: Need a better rushing game, but may improve as passing/running start to even out soon.
14. Mini Rats: Horrible gameplanning, they shouldn't be 0-7.
15. Los Angeles Speedsters: Only win was to a CPU team from the East.
16. Levy Retards: Computer

Eastern Conference
1. Indianapolis Gasser's: Maybe a bit biased, but after today's whipping of the reigning champion Muddogs, they are the favorite. Their only loss was when their AI was set wrong, and they ran up the middle on every play.
2. South Central Muddogs: Despite today's loss, they've played every team well.
3. PeeWee 69'ers: Only loss was to Muddogs. Their next game against the Gasser's will be revealing.
4. Chicopee Raiders: X factor here. They beat the Gasser's, but as aforementioned, that may just be a anomaly. Barely beat 4-3 Midland Midgets, and otherwise they haven't faced any other good competition. They'll be interesting to watch.
5. U.S. Marshal's: Kept it very close against the 69'ers, and have played decent, but not great as of now. Next game against the Yellow Jackets will tell a lot.
6. Midland Midgets: Kept it close against Muddogs and 69'ers, and have played a very tough schedule so far.
7. Gilbert Yellow Jackets: Beat Fairfield handily.
8. Fairfield Falcons: Have played well in all games except against Gilbert.
9. THE RACE TRACK POCKET JOCKEYS: Big drop off here, but they've beat the other 3-4 teams.
10. Cincinnati Winged Devils: Close between them and Megalodon, but they beat them by 7 points.
11. Megalodon Pups: Have played a tough schedule so far.
12. Amish Army: Last of the somewhat decent teams, but lost big to the Megalodon Pups.
13. Warwick Wonderkids: Haven't played well since the first game
14. Hartford Helmcrackers: Meh
15. Tecmo Super Bowlers: Meh
16. Notre Dame Fight Irish : CPU

So far, the East has been MUCH better than the West. Carolina is heads above everyone in the West, while the East have a very good depth, with 1-6 teams all capable of beating West's #2.
Comments? What are you angry about?
