Looking forward to the end of this bloody off season. I love how there is no time line given. Bort should at least know the apporximate number of days it will take before season 9 and the scrimmages start. It's like a cock-tease having all of these new toys to play with on the GM side and then not getting to use them. I've got the GLB version of blue balls right now.

Im waiting patiently. If the season started tomorrow, people would be screaming bloody murder with the inability to run the football.
Because power backs broke tackles a little too often and didn't use enough energy in doing so, we've decided to nerf everything about the running game and make linebackers even more omniscient. Shit like this is gonna piss me off in season 9:

apparently powerbacks need to follow the rules of physics by slowing down when running through people, but MLBs? nah, an MLB is a fucking bulldozer. He can run right the fuck through 5 people to make a TFL.

There might be an encroachment in there too. Anyone know if running 3 down linemen decreases the number of encroachment penalties? I might run a 3-4 a bit more of the linebackers are as tough as the tests show and if it will reduce the number of false starts.
