Other then waiting to reset VA, what should I do next with this FS?

Biggest needs are vision and agility. What is natural speed?

63 is that too low?.....should i just cap that at 68 first then move to agi/vis

I would cap vis first since it's closer to the next cap, then go back for another speed cap.
