Im still buying equip upgrades which will all go to speed. Also will have CE friday. All speed. Which tree should i go to power hitter, or coverage. And should I get him to 70 speed then work on vision or what

Honestly, I would start over. A level 21 with one attribute capped is so far behind it will take him a LONG time to catch up.

CE should be coverage, IMO.

Puma is the best in the biz as far as build advice is concerned so I would certainly listen to him.

the 18 points in SAs at level 21 isn't helping either.

At your level you really need to have at least 60/48/48 natural speed/agility/vision.
