Man I am sending offers out like a mental patient only to have them all rejected! I am sending max salary with max bonus.... what else are you guys doing that I am not. I thought finding Pee Wee players would be easier than other levels!!

Any advice would be great.

To be honest, a winning season helps a ton. I know you probably took over a team but that 5-11 record doesnt help in trecruiting. Might want to send a pm saying new owner with knowledgable gms etc etc.
Most peewee team owners will have to create about 8-15 players themselves as well so be prepared for that.

Go to D-leagues and send contracts

Post a recruitment thread in the TLFP, keep it updated as to what positions you need, and bump it a few times a day.

Then ask everyone who is signed to post in their other teams forums.

Respond to PMs quickly, most agents won't wait more then a day.

I didn't send a single blind offer and my roster is full. I only have three players of my own on the team.
