All EQ is in Speed. Rushing abilities tree is CE. Also have 25 SPs to allocate. Can anyone help me out on this?

You're going to need throwing to the second cap..

Actually, if you're making a pure rusher and have an OC who knows how to use you, don't put another point in throwing--you shouldn't be throwing the ball anyway.

Instead, keep pumping speed/agility.
