Too balanced. I'd retire and start again.
assuming you want a receiving one, focus on that.
speed to 48, followed by agility and catching. Then speed and agility to 61, followed by strenght and vision to 48. This will give you a solid receiving TE build.
All equipment on speed.

What type of TE are you trying to build? In general not doing catching/vision first on a receiving TE makes him better early but worse long term.
