Due to the recently unexplained absence of Luke Watkins,
there have been some questions, concerns, debates,
and trade attempts in regard to rectifying that scary situation.
Some unexpected news has come to light and I just wanted to
take some time to share the unfortunate reason for the absence of one of our trusted teammates.

Watko had been away from the team due to a death in the family. His 16 year old cousin James was killed in a fatal automobile accident. I hurt just saying that. Knowing that life can be taken away from us, at any moment, in the blink of an eye, regardless of your age. It is so unfortunate that Death does not discriminate. If any of us have experienced such a devastating loss, we can all relate when I say this hit his family VERY hard. Then, it makes me think about what we as people do everyday. I think about the quick jaunts to the supermarket, going to work, enjoying sports, playing Goal Line Blitz, and I know we can lose track fo what's REALLY important in life. And that, is FAMILY & FRIENDS. Keep them close. Tell them you love them EVERY time you see them. Because you know what? When we are dealing with the day to day nuances of living, sometimes we honestly take life for granted. Sometimes, we forget what life is all about. Sometimes we are so concentrated on what we are doing, we don't think about "stopping to smell the roses." People please, go out and ENJOY LIFE. Live each day like it is your last because honestly, you never know when that day will be.

Watko, my heart and sincere condolences go out to you and your family in such a tragic loss. I'm sure James will be missed and thought of daily.
I only hope our small presence in your life can help ease some of the pain of losing someone so dear.

Also, I wanted to say THANK YOU.
Thank you for your motivation and dedication to the team.
Thank you for coming back focused and ready to play.
