Can any one tell me when exactly pee wee teams get handed out for people on the waiting list?

Fil up all the cpu teams first probably day 42'
Then they add new leagues, current wait list is 512 I think

Any one got an educated guess on how many of the 512 will receive teams? Also, I'm new as of this season. Do more leagues get added each season?

We went from 8 leagues to 25 this past season so anything is possible.

544 New teams last season plus they filled up all the cpu teams so I am gueesing about 714 teams last season
