Hey all, if i want to buy a EE BBB level 34 capped team, Do I need to set my settings to EE BBB level 28 capped? Or do I set it to EE BBB level 34 capped?

I dont wanna get screwed..

there is none

wait is this league going to be level 31 capped or 34 capped?

I thought the "reshuffling" and cap setting was going to happen first, then team sales after that.

If you take Bort's announcement literally, there won't be any shuffling in Eastern Europe as we have no uncapped teams at the bottom of our region's tier.
