You're right, it's still gutting. It's only quitting if the owner quits without releasing all his players first.

Because it results in a league where a full 1/4 of teams are not competitive and that destroys the integrity of the league.
But it's ok. I realize that I'm one of the only one who cares about the integrity of leagues. DD sure doesn't seem to.

I think it is BS to keep gutting these team it is ruining it for some people. Although I just signed 2 guys on this team so I guess it does give me a chance to have some players on the highest level that I would normally not be able to.

Does the NFL cut every player when a new owner takes over a team? jesus if they need to leave the team, wait till the season it over. This is a gutting and a joke to happen at the "pro" level with so called greater then god "alpha" players who supposedly help build this game and are know it alls.

I agree it is dumb for one the argument of cutting them so they do not have to play for a new owner is dumb so now you cut them and they go play for a new owner it is the same dang thing either way the players signed contracts for the team not for the owner they should stick it out.

how do we know they were actually released? How do we not that Xuchel or whatever didn't tell him players sold the team and the people contacted there players and they just signed.
