Ok, so here is the second edition. Please note my power rankings have no actual formula behind them whatsoever, I just look at who has beaten who and who I personally think are the best teams in the league. So if you disagree, who cares.
1. Phoenix Ducks - It's kind of dubious to put the team I GM for at #1 and I had to debate whether we or the Mountain-Men deserved the spot. In the end I just decided to handle it like the sim would. The Mountain-Men had a close win over the Ducks, but then lost to Eagles who the Ducks bested easily. Leaving the tie-breaker down to points scored, where Phoenix wins. With all the upper teams out of the way, it looks as if the ducks will finish the season 15-1.
2. West Virginia Mountain-Men - The Mountain-Men have done very well this season, beating the Phoenix Ducks and trouncing other teams. My only knock on them is their very close win over Wagner's Meat, and their lose to the Eagles. But they too now will likely sail to a 15-1 season unless the Boats N' Hoes can stop them.
3. Wagner's Meat - Wagner's Meat could easily be undefeated right now. They have a very strong defense going for them and they are playing well. Almost knocking off the Mountain-Men and handing another loss to the Eagles as I predicted. Don't be fooled by them due to their record all their losses have come from the very best teams in the league. And now with all their tough games out of the way, Wagner's Meat, barring catastrophic breakdown will finish the season 13-3 and take the #3 seed.
4. Boats N' Hoes - The Boats N' Hoes are a pretty solid team losing only to Wagner's Meat and the Ducks. Performing at a fairly high level of defensive play and doing well offensively; they've put up more convincing wins than the Eagles thus far, and so take #4. The Boats N' Hoes still have upcoming showdowns with both the Mountain-Men and the Eagles, but If I had to guess I'd say they'd finish 13-3.
5. Columbia War Eagles - The Eagles have put up some good wins, even beating the Mountain-Men. But somehow I'm still not too impressed, while their defense held up well against the Mountain-Men, Wagner's Meat and the Ducks both obliterated them. And their offense hasn't been clicking all season. They're a good team, but I think they need some AI adjustments to bring their play up to the level of the top teams. I look for the Eagles to finish the season 12-4.
6. Boise Towers - The drop off gets pretty steep right around this point, but if I had to pick a top team of the lower parts of the bracket its Boise. With their win over the Owls and Tigers they lay claim to the #6 seed. But, with the Ducks, Wagner's Meat, and the Eagles all on the way. I don't expect to see them finish the season more than 10-6.
7. Eugene Owls - The Owls are a solid team narrowly losing to the Towers and almost taking down the Eagles. Their defense seems to be doing well, holding Wagner's Meat to only 21 points in the season., but I suspect if they were to play again the outcome would be much more brutal in Wagner's favor. Like the Eagles, the Owls main detriment seems to be in their inconsistent offense. I look for them to finish the season 9-7 after a hard last few games.
8. Hamilton Tiger-Cats - The Tiger-Cats lost to the Owls placing them at #8. But, not only that, they've had a very soft opening schedule, with the Eagles, Ducks, Boats N' Hoes, and Mountain-Men on the way, the Tiger-Cats won't finish higher than 8-8 on the season.
Teetering Team - Sand Diego Bulldawgs, the Bulldawgs have played well and with their upcoming schedule could easily slip into the top 8 power rankings, especially with the Tiger-Cats impending losing streak.

Week 10 Predictions.
1. Phoenix Ducks (8-1) vs. Moinsville Dukes (4-5) : The dukes just don't have the defensive or offensive power to slow down the Ducks. Phoenix by several TDs.
2. West VA Mountain-Men (8-1) vs. Hamilton Tiger-cats (5-4) : Though the Tiger-Cats are one of the better teams in the conference, the drop off between the top 5 teams and the rest of the division is too great. Mountain Men win it here, up by 14+.
3. Boats N' Hoes (7-2) vs. Baby Slayers (4-5) : The baby slayers just aren't consistent enough to be a serious threat to a top 5 team. Boats N' Hoes by a few TDs.
4. Columbia War Eagles (7-2) vs. Omaha Jaguars (3-6) : The Jaguars haven't done anything all season, I don't expect them to start now. Eagles by several TDs.
5. Wagner's Meat (6-3) vs. Faukland Rockhoppers (3-6) : Wagner's Meat is too dominant for the Rockhoppers to stand a chance. Bloodbath in Wagner's favor.
6. Boise Towers (6-3) vs. Kansas City Wizards (0-9) : CPU team vs non-CPU team, not much to say here. Boise wins.
