I play in the west and I must say I like having every game as a pretty much do or die game. If you look at the playoff race its really tight. We also have to work our strategy, boosts and everything to try and win games vs other top teams. The East does have some power house teams but it has to be boring when you see your facing like 3 computer teams in a row. I like the challenge.
With that being said, we can't just count people in the east out because their stats are so high though. They have some of the best players and best teams and if your just going to say their stats are only good bc the computer teams they face then thats just wrong.
In conclusion, I agree with maz621, lets just do conference MVPs. Thats the best way to keep it even. The east plays all the same teams minus 1, and the west plays all the same minus 1.
