With their ugly win against the Emerald City Flying Monkeys, the Brisbane Bandits find themselves atop the Oceania Pro Alpha Conference standings. As the only undefeated team left, the Bandits are the team to beat.
After winning the Oceania AAA Championship last season, the Bandits did an excellent job in keeping their core players and staying with their "grind it out" brand of football. Couple that with a shutdown secondary and tough D-Line, the Bandits know how to win, even the tight ones against improved opponents.
Brisbane, billed as the "City of Champions" by also hosting the Oceania Pro champion from last year, look forward to when playoff tickets become available for Bandit games. The Brisbane Bunker, home of the Bandits, has sold all 20,000 tickets for every home games this season.
Cheers to the BANDITS!
