Oceania Pro Top Ten.

You may disagree all you want...

1. Brisbane Gods--Defending champs, longest winning streak...they're #1 until someone beats them.
2. Brisbane Bandits--Their 2 quality wins, over Canberra and Newcastle, have very narrow margins.
3. Auckland Flames--1 quality win over Carabao by a mere 4 points. The rest of their schedule has been so soft they could have slept through it.
4. Tongan Crimson Auha--Weakest of the undefeated teams. Beat Vincennes by a FG, but the rest of their schedule is a combined 6-14.
5. Vincennes Vampires--Tough strength of schedule, only loss by 3 points to a top 5 team.
6. Canberra Titans--Top rushing team, defense averaging 5.9 ppga, one loss to the number 2 team by a FG.
7. The U Canes--Tough team, but even 0-5 Leverkusen managed to put SOME points up against the Gods.
8. Newcastle Bearcats--Tough schedule, only loss was a close one to the Bandits.
9. New England Burning Pride--Only blemish on their record is a 1 point loss to Newcastle.
10. Carabao Buffaloes--High overall rating, soft schedule so far. Lost to Aukland by 4, a team they should have beat.

Thanks for taking the time to put that together.

When you consider we were in danger of being regulated at the end of last year, this has to be the best turnaround in all of GLB.

HAKA!!!!

It won't be until at least two seasons from now, or nearly two and a half months, because they're in AA now. They would need to win AA this season and then go to AAA and win THAT as well. I would be surprised to see them in Pro before Xmas really, considering they're not even the best team in their conference right now.

Since they're in Zeta, I guess that when they do get to the Pro league, they will be in your conference...

Good rankings. We (Newcastle) have had a surprisingly great season considering we only won 3 games last season.

Not disputing the rankings as posted above as they seem reasonable after the first five games; but I'd like to assume the other 4-1 teams would make up 11-13 (in no particular order: Rawle Tech Titans, Nauru Tiger Sharks, Emerald City Flying Monkeys). Rawle Tech's only loss is to the #5 Vampires (17-6), Nauru's is to the #7 Canes (23-3), and Emerald City fell to the #9 Burning Pride (13-6)...

On an unfortunate personal note, we get numbers 2 (Bandits), 6 (Titans), and 8 (Bearcats) in our next three games, respectively. At least a week from now we'll know where we stand in the Alpha Conference power structure...

It's time for Nauru to get some respect.

Fixed. (Beating the Vamps on Siete de Mayo will get you listed.)
