The Athens Ferrymen, named after Charon ( http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=4371 ), a new team last season in East Europe A who won the League Championship game and went 13-3 and into the playoffs this season in AA. Due to the realignment of EE Pro, we were promoted to AAA#2 for Season 6. We have a good core group of talent and just need to add some starting skill to be competitive yet again next season.
From the success the team has had, we will be able to finish off the 200 ring of our stadium. We'll go into next season with 100/99/98 fan support, so money will not be a problem next year, or many years to come.
I am a very active, hands on owner so I like active agents. I really encourage forum participation, but I also understand for those of you with 10+ players, it's hard to follow all the forums. If you do not participate, I at least expect you to come by for each game and get your player tactics.
I prefer players who boost and have custom equipment, but neither are mandatory. Quality build will be the #1 judge, as I don't want higher level players just for the sake of saying I have them. I need quality, because I expect my team next season to make another push at a league Championship.
I believe in giving fair, but not outrageous salaries. I also believe in paying for all equipment upgrades. With the stadium upgrades being done this offseason, paying for those equipment upgrades will not be a problem at all.
I have a good jump at recruiting now, bringing in some good talent already, and if you are interested, we could make a serious push at winning it all again next season!
