few things that need to happen
1 starting position a must
2 competitive team
3 level 32 equipment (negotiable on how many)
4 Access to forums prior to signing
5 only interested in being a DT in a 4-3
What you get is tactics set each game. a fairly knowledgeable player with a good understanding of how the game works season 5, could be a different game season 6. will be boosting day 1 season 6.
