Bah, who likes PMs?
Hey buddy, I am the owner of the Chicago Hedgehogs out of USA AA#3. Personally I think I have everything your looking for and that you'd be an absolutely fantastic fit here. I'm gonna go a slightly odd route and post my speil here in the forums just as a nice change of pace, hopefully you don't mind.

Lets get rolling with why you should join the Hedgehogs I suppose. Recruiting Hat time.
1. Winning Record. The Hedgehogs finished with a 12-4 record in season 3, then had a 14-2 record in season 4 where we went on to win our league championship, followed by a 11-5 record this season in our new league USA AA#3 with our first playoff game tonight. The idea is of course to further improve and continue to move up the USA ladder, which I guarantee we will be doing.
2. Defensive System. Alot of owners out there just try to scramble together a bunch of defensive players and put them in a random system. We on the other hand only recruit specific players that we beleive will fit into our system, and we design and tweak our system to fit the personel we have. There are owners out there who blitz LBs who can't blitz until the sun goes down, and leave CBs who can't cover 1-on-1 in single coverage all day. We are not one of those team.
As a general defensive philosiphy, pressure from the front 4 is huge, though we blitz a little bit. We have fairly good CBs which gives us a good range of things to do on defense. The idea is to shut the opponent down and make key turnovers whenever possible, which we do a pretty good job of. We run a 4-3 btw, if that needs clearifying.
3. Help with your build. For the most part I only go after productive players or players who I beleive can relatively quickly be made productive. I am sure that you've been disappointed with your ends production as of late, and if your willing to take advice, I beleive I can help raise his productivity (expecially pass rushing ability) substancially. I will pay to center all your equipment on 1 attribute, and offer advice on what to do with those handy 25-30 SP's that you'll be getting from boosting/leveling. Come to the Hedgehogs and I guarantee you'll be successful.
4. Playing time. We currently have 2 LVL 35 DE's, so would you be ok with a 3 DE rotation? Basically I'd have 99/0 sub settings for both spots, and all 3 guys will be getting 40+ plays/game every single game at DE. Whether you are the RDE, LDE, or the swing DE shouldn't really be an issue I'd hope, as long as all 3 of you are getting on the feild about the same amount.
5. Equipment Paid For. Not a problem.
6. Active ownership/team forum. As an owner I'm on here every day to gameplan and answer any PMs I get. Our team forum is fairly active. We have things like NFL prediction threads, post game write-ups with highlights/gameballs/comments/ect. Simply put we are a tight-nit community of some great fellas, and if your an active guy I'd love for you to be a part of it.
7. We Are a Team. You have to be thinking "well duh", but what I mean is we are a team full of builds that compliment each other, and we also have alot of close unity on our team forum. Last year after we won our championship game, we had something like 11 different team members posting their excitement in our game thread within 2 hours after the game. If thats not a true team environment, I don't know what is.
8. Fun. I guarantee that you will have fun here. Active forum, winning, advanced tactics, help making your player the best he can be, a ton of playing time, equipment paid for... I'll event throw in a free toaster if you want. I guarantee you'll have a ton of fun on the Hedgehogs, this year and hopefully for years to come if you decide to take that plane trip to O'Hare Airport in Chicago.
Heck, if you pick the Hedgehogs and by day 5 of the regular season you decide that you don't like it here and made a mistake, I will give you an outright release. Anyone who knows me or is on my team knows that I'm not one to make false promises, and I guarantee that if you PMed every member of the Hedgehogs, none would have a bad thing to say about ownership. I own within the spirit of the game and will never be one to remove a player from the depth chart due to a petty squabble.
I suppose that I could go on and on with reasons to join, but if I haven't made a point by now I'm guessing it wouldn't change much. Come join the Hedgehogs and get a chance to truely enjoy GLB as a part of a very well run, and downright awsome team.
