Elchiefs, you're going to have a hard time finding a spot in this league for a few reasons...
1) You aren't boosting to compensate for your level.
2) You missed Season 1, and therefore the chance to boost for that season.
3) People aren't thinking about character retirement yet since it's about 9 seasons off, thus, they won't see a need for a long term project like your character.
4) Lastly, YOUR STATS AREN'T SHOWING FFS.
I'd suggest looking at some of the new leagues and find a home there with a building team. Even if you were to get a contract in the WEPL, you'll be near the bottom of the depth chart, and won't be seeing many plays.
